Our company has a combined 40 years of experience in Human Resources. While no one has truly "seen it all", we have experience in a broad spectrum of HR. We also have experience in Fortune 100 companies with tens of thousands of employees down to small businesses with less than 5 employees. For the last 10 years we have been taking that expertise and experience and offering it to small companies across the United States.

We have built a reputation for helping our clients defend themselves against all manner of compliance issues from Department of Labor audits to EEOC claims, wrongful termination suits, and discrimination claims. We have even been able to prepare successful defenses for companies that got themselves in trouble long before they worked with us. We would prefer to help you be compliant before you get in trouble, but if you have a claim against you we can certainly help in preparing your defense.

Brian Lee has spent his entire career of almost 35 years in Human Resources. He started his career with Mobil Chemical Company, where he worked his way up from a safety trainer to the HR Manager for a physical plant of 500+ employees. Since then, he has been a Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Macklanburg Duncan and Unicity International, both privately held companies, as well as VP of Human Resources for the largest business unit of SPX, which is a Fortune 500, publicly traded corporation.

Brian has received a bachelor’s Degree in English from Brigham Young University, a Master’s Degree in English from Northeast Missouri State University (now called Truman State University), and a Master’s in Business Administration Degree from Florida Southern College. He has taught at the university level as an adjunct professor in their prestigious business school, the Marriott School of Management.

Brian has written articles on leadership, training, and supervision and has developed numerous training programs. He has also led corporate teams tasked with developing competency and leadership models for measurement and development of leadership skills.


Executive Vice President

Jason joined Performance Progression in 2011 after a 12 year career in Information Technology with America Online, Dell, NTT/Verio, and The Generations Network. He completed a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University in 2007 with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. He has been involved in multiple start-up companies, including assisting from the beginning with Performance Progression in 2003, and brings invaluable small business experience to our company.
