Effective Leadership Training
Effective Leadership Training is an intermediate course for managers that have a few years of experience under their belts. Just as new managers rarely get the training they need up front before starting their leadership career, slightly more experienced managers usually only get "on the job" training to further develop their effectiveness, skills, and abilities.
By far the biggest reason employees quit working for a company is because of their relationship with their boss. In this course, we teach managers how to have a productive relationship with their employees. As the name implies, we also dive much deeper into how to lead people effectively and the science of why people follow a leader. After this intermediate course, managers will be able to stop focusing so much on "things" and instead focus on the "people" that make their team successful.
