    Ditching A PEO

Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) are service providers that claim to provide benefits, payroll, human resources, training, and other services. In reality, they are a "jack of all trades, master of none". Their human resources and training services are nothing more than token offerings with mostly inexperienced employees and unsophisticated programs.

The worst problem with PEO's is their exorbitant cost. Most PEO's charge a percentage of your total payroll, usually 9% or more! This is especially hurtful if most of your employees are highly paid workers such as in a law firm or hospital. And PEO's are very hard to extricate your company from because all of your employees actually are employees of the PEO while you are under contract with them. So there is a lot of work to do to phase out a PEO and replace it with higher quality outsourced services or internal staff.

We help companies manage this transition and get back on their feet after being dependent for so long. For detailed information, please contact us at 888-503-0569.
